Law.com has posted an article outlining some of the possible legal challenges that await the new “Wal-Mart Law” that goes into effect in Maryland next month. I reported previously that the Pennsylvania legislature may be considering taking a small step in the direction of considering this new approach to funding public health care. We can be certain, however, that Pennsylvania, and many other state legislatures, will be watching the challenges in Maryland. I will keep you posted.
